I give Javier Sainsbury a five star rating. He did an exceptional job selling my high end condo in Clearwater, Florida.. He got me an amazing price, and he even helped me through every step of the way, including helping me to box up and pack some of my things.. Selling my home after so many years was very difficult and he was very respectful and professional. He knew how to negotiate the best price for me. I will definitely use him again for all my real estate needs and would not think of choosing another agent.. he handled the whole situation with sensitivity knowing how hard a transition this was. I left with an amazing feeling and was completely happy with the outcome.. He is very good when it comes to talking with people and he makes you feel comfortable and confident. I knew right away that I had made the best choice in agents..
